Tiffany has specialized in working with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) children for over 12 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts-Music Therapy degree from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri Kansas City in 1999. In 2000, while working as an Assistant Activity Director, private Music Therapist, private piano instructor and troubled youth counselor, she began working with autistic children, serving as a Para-Professional and implementing in home ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis). It was then that she acknowledged her "calling" to work with the autistic population and began specializing in working soley with ASD children, developing Successful Sounds in 2003. In support of autism as a neurologic disorder, Tiffany pursued her certification as a Neurologic Music Therapist at Colorado State University in 2006 and in 2008 became a Fellow of Neurologic Music Therapy. Tiffany is passionate about working with families of ASD children and is enthusiastic about music therapy and the Successful Sounds approach. When it comes to treating autistic children, she understands them from deep within and will stop at nothing to produce results. Ms. Tiffany has been known to love a challenge and responds to those that say "will never talk" & "will probably always be a loner" by boldly responding, "BRING IT ON!"..."Together, we WILLmake a difference."

Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Education-Music Therapy degree from the University of Kansas in 1991. After working as an Assistant Activity Director, she was a Music Therapist in the Shawnee Mission School District for 6 years, treating a variety of populations before opening a private practice in 1999 where she directed various social skills groups and implemented private therapy sessions. In 2000 she began working in a private school for children with autism. It was there that she found her love for the autistic population and has dedicated to working with them ever since. In 2006, Lisa received her Neurologic Music Therapy certification from Colorado State University and in 2008 began directing social skills groups and implementing individual music therapy sessions at Successful Sounds. In addition, Lisa also serves as a Para-Professional for Successful Sounds' integration program, supporting children in the regular classroom on and off site. When Lisa is not working at Successful Sounds, she is instructing at Johnson County Community College, implementing in home Music Therapy with the physically challenged, and teaching private piano lessons. Lisa is an amazing and accomplished therapist who continues to change the lives of many through her passion, dedication, talent and smile!
